As Secretary for the HWCA for the past 5 years, I have worked with half a dozen previous managers and of our HWCA Directors, I interact most closely with Mallery.
I can say without reservation that Mallery Brown is the best Community Manager I have worked with. She is quite knowledgeable, very well organized, and exceptionally responsive. She will normally answer a text or an email within a very short time, often even in the evenings or on the weekend. Coordinating with Mallery has been very smooth.
In addition to her communications skills, Mallery is one of the sharpest people I have worked with. She has been refreshingly quick to pick up on the HWCA's processes and procedures, and she has taken the effort more than
once to find ways to make some of our more unique procedures work within the HOA software systems. She does her homework to understand the HWCA's
requirements and find ways to satisfy them.
She has been particularly helpful with some of the HWCA's infrastructure projects and contracting needs. With her assistance, primarily coordinating with our Landscape & Maintenance Board member, we are beginning to work to work our way out of a morass of projects that have been "stuck" for some time.
Mallery stands head and shoulders above our previous Community Managers. I truly enjoy working with her.

Mallery has been an excellent addition to the WG account team. Mallery stepped in and took ownership of the community. From the initial walk thru to board meetings to the annual meetings she has provided excellent customer service. Before our Annual Meeting, we had a lot of underlying grumblings from various homeowners regarding the previous managers service provided. She was able to coach me and give me feedback on how to tackle the issue along with her owning the issues and providing her cell phone and email address. That simple act went a long way with the home owners and I haven’t heard of any complaints since that time. Mallery asks for feedback and wants coaching on how she can be a better account manager, and she is willing to implement what feedback she receives. Mallery has been a great add to our community and I value her partnership in making my life as a board member a lot easier.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a valuable community manager Mallery as been. I am on the Board of the WFE HOA. Since Mallery has been our Association Manager, she's demonstrated an ability to be very organized, articulate, and most importantly to be responsive to the Board's and to individual homeowner's requests for information and or action. She has assisted the Board in resolving several disputes that our homeowners have had with compliance issues. I am always impressed with her timeliness in responding to emails from the Board as well as from homeowners.
In summary, Mallery puts a very positive and friendly "face" to our residents. I personally look forward to a continued working relationship with Mallery as I fulfill my HOA Board responsibilities. She's a definite asset,,,
